I found this paper that my son wrote about leadership when he was 12 and I thought I would share it here. His travel ball coach had asked the players to write a one page essay about a quality that is important for baseball, and this was what he came up with. Instead of re-typing it, I thought I’d share a photo of the original page that he typed and printed. His coach thought it was very good.
